Skip identity check for Polkadot 1kv until Polkadot 1kv backend is successfully functioning with People Chain identities

According to https://polkadot.w3f.community/candidates, there is presently zero Polkadot 1kv participants where the identity check result is 'true': "valid":true,"type":"IDENTITY". All 304 Polkadot 1kv participants show as the identity check is failing: "valid":false,"type":"IDENTITY","details":"<VALIDATOR NAME> does not have an identity set."
My own validator is one of the 304 showing a failed identity check in the 1kv backend, however I see my identity as being valid in the polkadot js dashboard.

This scenario was worked through for Kusama 1kv and I think we're just facing a similar situation as Polkadot transitions its identity system to People Chain. So that 1kv nomination remains functional and fair I suggest a pausing the identity check.
