I believe this may be currently difficult since I do not think upstream supports DCC.

Ability to have a little archive of files that can be sent to people via DCC.

Full list of items dump
Search by words
Able to send over DCC
Able to throttle downloads
Queue people and their downloads

In terms of the football channel this could, for example, be PDFs of the rules of various competitions.
