Hi, I have recently updated my late 2013 27" iMac from Catalina to Sonoma (14.5 - 23F79). I have my iMac built-in display set is the main display and a 32" Fujicom LED TV (Model: FJ-32X400 and Native Resolution: 1366×768) set as secondary eternal display. Before the upgrade the built-in display font was fine and the external TV font was quite sharp. After the upgrade the built-in display had no difference but the external TV font got quite fuzzy. I then installed BetterDisplay and as soon as I enabled HiDPI on the built-in display the font became super crisp, which is realy cool, but it did not make the same effect on the external TV.
I searched the web and this forum for an answer, enabled/disabled all the setting and features as many of you posted here, but still the external TV font is not as sharp as I want it to be.
Here is a image of the built-in monitor:
and here is one of the external TV:
I know it may be difficult to see the difference 9image taken via an iPhone), but when I look at both side by side the built-in font and images are very sharp and crisp (thanks to BetterDisplay), but the external TV is not.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
