Hi there - I think the easiest solution would be to install
You can then make this script run on startup (you should add some delay to it so it waits until BetterDisplay is properly started with auto login). |

Hi There,
First off, thank you for making Better Display. It has become an essemntial part of my workflow for making YouTube videos with a Teleprompter on an external HDMI monitor and allows me to flip the monitor horizontallty while streaming from another display without any Decimator hardware. I love this software.
Is it possible to have a connected display turned off by default when I log in to my Mac?
In my studio I have a TV on the wall as an HDMI display and I don't use it a lot. I would like it turned off by default because whenever I login to my Mac it thinks the TV is in use and I have to manually turn it off in the Better Display menu.
Thanks again and keep up the great work.
I'm a Pro customer.
