Set minimum and maximum brightness per display

Hello, thank you for creating BetterDisplay, this tool has been a life saver for me.

There is a feature in a competing product (Twinkle Tray) named "Normalize Brightness" that I'd like to have in BetterDisplay:

The feature lets you to restrict the minimum and maximum brightness of each display, in an attempt to make the brightness slider more consistent across screens.
