I must say that this app is by far the BEST app I have ever used to control the sound on my Samsung 34" ViewFinity CJ79 WQHD QLED (c34j79x). Other apps will not actually control the monitor volume control and I end up not having full mute and not actual volume control. Great job buys! However, I noticed that when I use my keyboard to lower the volume all the way down, the monitor will mute, which is expected. But when I try to raise the volume again, it will raise (you can see the bars moving on the screen) but the sound is not there. Also, I noticed that when I click the mute on my keyboard, the same behavior repeats again. It will mute. But it will not unmute. To fix this, I have to manually on my monitor mute and unmute to get the sound again. Any suggestions? |

Hi there, sadly DDC is generally not a really strictrly followed standard and mute control is among the worst offenders. The app provides a lot of settings to fine-tune how mute works, I recommend trying to adjust these settings: |
