Hello!

I purchased a license. Could you help me figure out the best settings? I got a DELL S2722QC and a 16 inch Macbook Pro M3 Max.

You should simply enable Flexible scaling for more scaling options - https://github.com/waydabber/BetterDisplay/wiki/Fully-scalable-HiDPI-desktop
Run DDC configuration so DDC control works properly. Also make sure app permissions are set up right.
If The color mode is anything other than RGB Full Range, you might want to fix that under the Color Mode menu.

Beyond this I don't have any generic recommendation, all other needs are use-case specific. :)
