Display Disconnecting with EDID Emulation

I have a KVM which has EDID emulation.

When I switch between Port 1/2 there is no issue when EDID emulation is on. I know this because if I disable it then MacOS will do weird things like log me out or change windows. With EDID emulation it does not do this.

There still seems to be some issues with disconnect though. I am trying to diagnose what is going on and if there is anything in better display that can correct this.

I am attaching the logs. Is there anything obvious that is taking place here? These are the logs when switching on the KVM.

What are the isues, and what do you mean by disconnect - is it soft-disconnect with the app? :)

BetterDisplay thinks it is losing main so generates a notification, apps like MS Teams think they are losing a display so stop sharing a desktop. That is about it.
