Auto-Turn Off Built-In Display on Wake from Sleep or When Connected to Specific Monitor

My use case involves connecting my laptop to an external monitor and using it with the built-in display turned off. When my computer goes to sleep and then wakes up, the built-in display turns back on. I want to know how to automatically turn off the built-in display upon waking from sleep, or when connected to a specific monitor via a Thunderbolt cable. I am using macOS 15.1.1 on a MacBook Air with an M2 chip.

Thanks. But I set and it's not work for me.

My steps are:
Press ctrl+command+q to lock the screen and wait for the display to turn off.
Then press any key to wake up.

If your external display is slow to wake and for a while the built-in display is the sole display, you might need to enable the first option as well. To auto disconnect the built-in display when an external display is connected, you need to enable the last option (at the bottom).

I turned on the first option, but it did not automatically turn off the built-in display. Then I turned on the last option, and the built-in display auto turned off after it wake up.
It seems to have achieved the effect I wanted. But if it is possible, I still want to know if there is a way not to turn on the first and last options.
FYI, my monitor is ViewSonic VX2479-4K, 4k@60Hz, connected directly to the USB-C port of the MacBook Air m2 via a type-c to dp1.4 cable.
The display boots up very quickly. If more configuration information or export logs are needed, I am happy to provide them.
