The GHA workflow to build the Wazuh dashboard with the plugins from https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-dashboard builds the plugins from this repository using a reusable workflow pointing to the tag. There is a problem with the reusable workflows and annotated or signed tags.

The tags of this repository are usually generated through a releasing tool called tag that signs and annotates the tag.

The generation of the tags of this repository needs to be compatible with the process to build the Wazuh dashboard, so, we need to ensure the tags created on this repository are not signed or annotated (or both).
