API 1.10.1 Upgrade

Looks like there is an API upgrade coming Nov 16 @ 15:00 UTC:

SUBJECT: NWS API Version 1.10.1 Upgrade on or around November 16, 2022
This Service Change Notice is intended to inform users that effective on
or around November 16th at 1500 Universal Coordination Time (UTC), the
National Weather Service (NWS) API application, https://api.weather.gov,
will add ICAO Meteorological Information Exchange Model (IWXXM) products
to the /stations endpoint. Please see https://api.weather.gov/openapi.yaml
for more details.
This release addresses the following issues reported by the public:

1. api.weather.gov/stations being unavailable
2. Observation XML data being unavailable for some stations
3. Observation precipitation values being 0 or null.
   Additionally, Avalanche Weather Guidance messages will now be available
   via the products endpoint at https://api.weather.gov/products/types/AVG
