Scope DSS Builder Content features and types

Coming out of the NWS Connect meeting we should provide clear "requirements" for the DSS Builder ensuring that our needs are met, including:

• Key message template
• Image size limits
• Translations integration
• Critical metadata
• And anything else in our content strategy

I have this initial draft put together, but since we haven't discussed this in I think over a month (since we met with the messaging continuum group, right?) I think we have to have more team discussions to confirm alignment before we can consider it good enough to send to the DSS builder folks.
Some blind spots I have here are:

• Image size limits (I know what we'd want to limit for the site, but I don't know what limitations we're working with in terms of the images they have access to, or what limits are for the other distribution channels)
• Translations (I haven't actually been very involved in this beyond the recent spreadsheet request, so I'm not sure what is needed here)

We also still have some gaps that we identified last time, like how this system would work if there are multiple concurrent hazards. Being able to talk through all this with product would make me more confident in the recommendation, but I know time is really crunched this week and next. How would you all like to handle this?
