Description

When a user goes to this site (Scranton, PA) the 7-day forecast at the top shows the appropriate red color but the more detailed forecast below shows grey. Also, the hourly forecast shows red. They should all be red.

Acceptance criteria

Colors for hazards should be consistent across the page.

  • Tests have been implemented or modified to capture the bug
  • Changes have been tested for accessibility
