Eliminate the use of [<AutoOpen>] in F# repositories

Due to the fact that Github list files alphabetically instead of their intended order together with the fact that file order is semantic in F#, I recommend avoiding the use of [] on explanatory source files. With a sufficiently large collection, the process of reconstituting the chain manually within Github is daunting. In particular, 'divc' is defined in Utilities. There is also a "???Common.fs"
