[Windows 11 + Equalizer APO] Static/white noise in Discord, delayed ~30 seconds after speech

v.1.10 VST plugin filters noise perfectly when I am actively speaking, but if I don't say anything for about 30 seconds, Discord begins picking up an intermittent white noise until I speak, which "resets" the noise until another 30 seconds have passed. This doesn't seem to happen in Audacity, so I'm unsure why it's happening in Discord. I've ensured Discord's Krisp filtering is disabled, and I've tested each of the Discord audio subsystems without luck.
