TP_UI: Update favicon to ThrivingPark logo #147

Currently the favicon for the application and the storybook instance is the default Redux icon that comes with the application boilerplate.

For this issue, please update the application favicon to be the ThrivingPark logo.

Acceptance Criteria
Given a user has navigated to the site
When the site loads
Then the favicon should be the Thriving Park logo
