Beispiel: 444.namd

Hier wir korrekt erkannt, dass runcompute() - runcompute() keine 
Abhängigkeiten besitzt.

Allerdings gibt es Abhängigkeiten zwischen den Prozeduren davor bzw. danach. 
Dadurch lassen sich die Prozeduren nicht ohne weiteres parallelisieren.
