so there's a site that requires me to do it otherwise i can NOT play, is there any fflag (or just add it) cus it says it used to exist before chrome 44

The NPAPI in chromium has been removed about a decade ago, your best bet is to install the Palemoon browser and use that for NPAPI plugin support as it is the only modern-ish browser to still support it.

Support for the NPAPI in Supermium would be amazing though.
