Could not compile on current Arduino IDE #6

Made the following modifications:

commented out
#include "utility/twi.h"
#include "LiquidCrystalFast.h"

changed
#include [wiring.h]
to
#include <wiring_private.h>

and it compiles. I have yet to test it.

Without yet connecting the Nano to the Smoothieboard, the display shows "UPA V0.98 Starting up..." which seems promising.
