Duplicate has the same function as route

Expected: Two copies of the selected programs audio on two different playback devices.
Reality: Usually only one copy of the selected programs audio on the playback device selected when duplicating.

From what I can see duplicate works but you have to do it twice. The first time routes it to a device and the second time duplicates it to a second device. I'll see if I can tweak the code so it works on the first time but no promises.
