• Added subfolder discovery
• Added flags to cli interface:
• Naming of the converted file now respects the original filename
• A summary of the conversion is presented at the end of the operation, followed also by the list of errors encountered
• Added CLI flags: -includeHrefs, -tmOutPath, -dtdlOutPath
