Describe the bug
When the Window menu at the the top of SimGUI is clicked it just puts a small black box on the screen. I suspect this is an indication that there are no actual entries on that menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a project: I used Example|Java|ArcadeDrive
  2. Simulate Robot Code

I revisited a 2024 simulation last night and discovered this bug was present then as well.
