Camera Compression not restored on load

Describe the bug
If you save dashboard with a camera widget with the compression set, and only compression, it does not come back properly when the file is reloaded. The widget will display the compression, but the URL clearly was not set with the compression value.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create camera widget
2. set compression, eg to 25. image will be very blocky.
3. save layout and quit
4. restart SB. Image clearly is not compressed.

Also, you can not update the compression value simply with the slider. You need to set the width/height, and then the update parameters behave properly. You can set width/height back to -1.
