Building an internal map of my house

Hi Im using your libraries to create a map of my house I have a blueprint and I want to somehow implement gps functionality so that i can experiment small scale and then do one at my office. im really new to python but willing to learn. essentially i would like a person to open up the web page and then use thier phone to navigate. can you help?
