Update readthedocs

Hey!

Since this is no longer supported (and has been somewhat broken by the release of Vega 2.0), would you please update the page at: https://vincent.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ to make note?

It's really just for SEO purposes -- that readthedocs page is pretty high ranking on Google when searching for the library.
