VSR视频图片模糊 #16

总体来说虽然GPU占用多了小一倍，但是VSR和dsr其实是挺好的解决办法，足够大的缩放比例，win10字体展现就不错了，但是开了VSR在1080显示器上看1080图片或者视频反倒还不如不开来的清晰，会模糊不少，唉
