Script upload doesn't work on AEM as a cloud service #282

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Scripts view
  2. Click Create
  3. Click upload scripts
  4. Pick a .apm or .cqsm script

Actual results: nothing is happening

Expected results: script is uploaded correctly

Note: This is related with AEM as a Cloud Service, as on classic setup of AEM everything works correctly.
This also might be an AEM bug, as the source code of the CoralUI FileUploader has not been changed. Investigation has shown that event 'fileadded' is not firing.
