This part of Mailhog replacement implementation. Adding Mailpit image to be used in the Drupal chart.

Can it be used directly from axllent/mailpit:v1.9, without copying the image? I noticed there are more recent versions at https://hub.docker.com/r/axllent/mailpit/tags

I guess so. I was going by the Mailhog example and it didn't seem to have much changes to the Dockfile either. I can remove this if it's redundant.
