Hello,
I updated from version 0.4 to 0.5.1, but it seems the dictionary format has changed.
I used to have a French dictionary, but it just does not work anymore. How should I convert it or even create new 0.5.1 dictionary plist from a plain text file ?

OK, anwsering my own question : I eventually ended up modifying a ruby script, as posted in one of the other issues and it is now working perfectly with a brand new French dictionary (should post it when I have more time).
One more question though : it does not seem to learn at all. I thought iswipe was supposed to learn new words, and since the "add" icon is now missing from the springboard (v 0.5.1xxx), adding new words manually is a pain...

hi manuw2009 I'm just looking for the same as you in french for ios 7... can you explain me how you did to make French dictionary? where and how you did, to get all them French words...?
I'd like to recreate the dictionary with only French words because at least 4 langages are compiled in the plist files so when i Try and swipe a French word it doesn't come first.... always gotta tap on them choices... thanks Homie

Hello manuw2009 !
I would also really appreciate to try your french dictionary files (et pour cause... j'adore Swype mais en français ce serait quand même beaucoup mieux) : I tried to modify old dict files but the naming and syntax are to different to make it a task I can afford.
Merci par avance ! :)
