Please describe the issue you are experiencing

LogisticsPipes can duplicate items by having a provider and requester with an "unrouted" T junction to an extractor chest.

I've had to cut the video a bit and speed it up to fit within GitHub's limits but it's easily creatable in single player.

Nice find, must have been there for ages :) Not sure if I can quickly get out a fix
