Base folder model ctrl/port assignment

When using base folder you can assign models to ports and that will come into the show folder via auto udpate or manual update. Fine.
However the ctrl/port assignment may be different between the different show folders (ie: add a bat vs a snowflake before a window) then one may choose to not do any port assignments in the base folder and manage that in the show folder.
However, when switching folders and updating from base, since there's no Ctrl connectiond efined in base, the show folder, that may have had already beed assigned, will be wipped out and only show specific models will remained assigned.

Thinking that we can add extra logic to check if the base folder assignment is null but the current show folder has that model assigned, to copy and carry over that assignment. This will ensure that if you only do mapping in your show folder you can easily move and update things between base and show folder.
