Adding an FPP connect "refresh" button

Would be a nice touch to have a refresh button or something on the fpp connect page. For instance, someone didn't have all the pi's turned on at the time and had all of their sequences selected. you have to close the window and redo the previous steps again.

when doing "add fpp" maybe if the user doesn't type in the ip address, that it will just try to do the pull again. like a refresh.
