Model Disable/Enable Render should show the correct state in the right click menu

Currently the menu shows both Disable and Enable Render on the right click menu.
It should disable whichever is not really valid in the context of the effect.

For bonus points .. in the model preview, show some message/icon to show the user that the model render is disabled for the currently selected effect.
