BUG: IC update is not executed, no error

The error happens when cetibox does not have enough space
The error of looks like (see units/components at www.aoscloud.io)
error mkdir /var/aos/updatemanager/download: no space left on device
after that, the IC update is passed but nothing happens
Expected: the information that update can mot be applied must be shown
