Region selection

Can we set the country for heroku server. By default, USA is selected but I would like to use Europe as region.

Is there already an option for it? If not, can you implement this feature ?

From Heroku docs it looks like all that's needed is an extra --region eu param on the create command to deploy to the EU region. I guess optionally adding it to the init script here would work

I'm not sure what add-ons are available in the EU region so YMMV.
