hope add a way (button or shortcut) to open / download of video covers.

Example

https://www.instagram.com/allthatisshe/

For example, I want to download the cover of this video:

https://www.instagram.com/p/C0jyeHPo6y3/

it's at this position:

When I hold down a shortcut key and click on the icon, the cover is automatically downloaded
