Hi Gyu Yoon,

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While your app's chat layout and functionality are highly mature, existing plugins for features like document interaction and RAG systems are not as flexible or customizable as I’d like. This makes it difficult to explore advanced use cases such as second brain systems, personalized document interaction (e.g., for Obsidian vaults), or sophisticated context summarization and metadata handling.

Describe the solution you'd like
I propose adding a dedicated feature or tab—such as "Chat with My Docs"—to your app, inspired by solutions like [NotebookLM by Google](https://notebooklm.google/). This tab would support:

  • Integration with ChromaDB, Qdrant, or similar databases.
  • Advanced chunking and summarization options for documents.
  • Enhanced metadata handling.
  • Customizable embeddings for specific use cases.
  • Personalized document interaction for user-stored files, such as those in Obsidian vaults.

This would offer a more hackable and flexible approach than current plugins.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Using existing plugins, but these lack the flexibility and depth required for advanced use cases.
  • Relying on external tools or forks, but these often fall short of integration and seamless user experience.

Additional context
I've been exploring areas like second brain systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). A feature like this could elevate the usability of your app for such purposes. Your progress since I last checked in 1.5 years ago has been remarkable, and I believe this addition would align well with the app's evolution.
