阿里云OSS升级，现在增加了object的ACL控制 #2

您好，
阿里云OSS于16日进行了升级，目前增加了【文件的acl控制】，但是官方控制平台还没出现修改方式，或者像aws s3那样的策略。

大概意思是，
通过本工具上传的文件被设置成为了private，即使bucket被这设置为【公共读】，但是文件会被提示【没有权限访问】

不懂GO语言，但是可能是在sync.go 100行左右，putFile上传的时候被设置成了private。

请问能再次更新一下吗？修改一下ACL权限？或者增加一个访问权限控制参数？
