Please describe the issue you have encountered?

Traypublisher crashes on start.

After some research we found out that it crashes on import of PyOpenColorIO python module. The issue is not related to traypublisher, it crashes process when the module is imported anywhere in AYON launcher process.

We're not able to reproduce the issue on our machines. We were not able to figure out what is the reason to crash.

How to replicate the issue?
