Integrate new features from Resolve 19.0.2

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

This is to be investigated but we have a few implementations here and there that could be factorised by leveraging Resolve 19.0.2 features:

• replace AYON tag per clip for PublishableClip with clip metadata
• source and end timecode directly available from the clip

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

Maybe this one will have a limited impact on user quality of life.
This would only be beneficial for newly 19.0.2 Resolve users as we would need to keep previous stuff for backward-compatibility.

Leave current code as it is.
