Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
When opening a workfile, e.g. on launch or via workfiles tool if you have an existing project name inside your local Resolve's database it will always open that one instead of the file from the server.
This is very confusing if another artists happened to work in the file, yet on open starts seeing something different than someone from another machine that may not have the same local resolve database project.
How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?
Upon opening a workfile or when this scenario rises the user should get a prompt stating that both a local project exists and the file on the server - preferably the user can pick which to open and have both list a timestamp to indicate which may be newer to aid in choosing the right file to open.
Are there any labels you wish to add?
I have added the relevant labels to the enhancement request.
Describe alternatives you've considered:
Another option could be to always just open the server file, but this may also be confusing to artist. (The default behavior on open however could be defined in settings if needed)
Is there an existing issue for this?

Additional context:
The opening of the existing local project occurs here.
