AYON version mismatch and tiny enhancements

Description

1. AYON version in job:
   The AYON job is send with the render application version "2024.100-full-2024-0".
   But on disk, the version is "1.1.1" (C:\Program Files\Ynput\AYON 1.1.1\ayon_console.exe).
   So there is currently a mismatch in the version.
   But it might be nice to fix that issue in here as well.
   Workaround for the issue are
   a) Either Manually install AYON in a folder with "2024" instead of 1.1.1.
   b) Change the version in rrConfig, menu client, tab Per Client, sub-Tab Render applications to 2024

2. E05__Ayon___global.inc:
   In RR these _global files are used to change settings for all render configs of the render app "Ayon".
   There is only one render config "E05__Ayon__PublishJob.cfg" so far.
   And this file does not include the "___global" file with the command.
   ::include(E05__Ayon___global.inc)

So atm the E05__Ayon___global.inc is not used at all.

3. Ayon_ayon_inject_envvar.cfg
   Copyright and "Last change" wrong
