Tray Publisher: Ftrack review for files with uppercase letters

Current Behavior:

Ftrack review is not created if a file published via Tray Publisher has uppercase letters in its extension (*.MP4). The entire publishing process completes successfully, but there is no review on Ftrack. Once the extension is changed to lowercase, everything is ok.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open Tray publisher on task (e.g. render)
2. Drop any file with uppercase extension
3. Publish
4. Go to Ftrack and check the review
5. Repeat with a file with lowercase extension
