Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Traypublisher is now changing Publisher UI. With more and more changes in ayon-core it is very hard to maintain the login in ayon-core to avoid crashes of traypublisher. We should avoid change of the window and use Publisher as standard tool instead.

Connected issue to that is that the project change button does not allow us to target publish plugins correctly, first selected project might affect how publish plugins behave in other projects (after change).

How would you imagine the implementation of the feature?

Current state: We modify the window to allow project selection and change of project button.

We can show project selection in different dialog before Publisher UI is showed. With that we won't allow to change project. Or we could just hide the dialog and re-show it again once publisher is closed.

The dialog would allow to add additional features to traypublisher e.g. workfiles-like states of traypublisher.
