Add Plural noun information (German)

Hi Ponfrit, I think it would be great to add this info in the dict.

Another think that would be cool but I'm guessing it would be harder to have is the declension table.

With the new update, I think the request is complete. Thank you so much, @seth-js and @StefanVukovic99, for your hard work—the dictionary is now incredibly amazing!
