[BUG]: History Showing Duplicates

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to History 2. Go all the way down as far as the page will go 3.Scroll back up, and see if sections of videos repeat as you pass them by

Actual behavior

I'm reporting this now, but it's been an issue for at least a few months.When going through my watch history I notice a of duplicates even for videos i've only watched once.I'll see a whole section of videos multiple times as i'm scrolling up, and then the next section will do the same.It makes for an unnecessarily cluttered screen.

I couldn't get all the way to the bottom of my history, but still see the bug with 24.77. The scrolling starts acting weird, and that is the sign the bug has been triggered.
