Running for first time

Everything installed fine following the instructions in README.md

Running ipython notebook --profile=icsharp gives me:
[W 11:56:23.130 NotebookApp] Unrecognized alias: '--profile=icsharp',

And the notebook starts up but only has an options for python2 noteoboks.
