Which code is changing the middle_clock_position?

Hello,
I have a weird little phone which has a messed up action bar, that shows the clock on the right cutting off notifications.
I would like to find out why that is.
Your application seems to be able to change the position of the clock.
Can you please point me to the code that does that in your app so I can get a better understanding how it works?
