Load more comments.

Sometimes Load More Comments gets lost and loads the entire set of comments from the post.
Often timed with bigger posts it won't let you load all the comments.

This is still an ongoing issue, and is a major usability issue with diode. It seems to happen when expanding a set of comments that is nested deeply (most recently happened at about 8 nested levels).

Unfortunately Diode is not under active development, so this will only get fixed if someone submits a patch.

If your primary interest in continuing to use Diode is that it's open source, you might want to check out RedReader, which is also GPL licensed and much more modern.

I fixed this issue, but not sure this the right way to do it, since I'm not really familiar with the code base.
