still TBD if needed but it general it doesn't have any sense to generate video on device if s3 integration is empty...

if external recording service wotrks fine we can remove video recordings at all from appium

removed milestone at all. Recording might be obligatory part of beckend service. in future we can think about recording manual sessions in stf too
